BMway gets its name from the founding partners of this company, Mahesh and Bakul. The father and son duo brings together the experience of 35 years of business,technical skills and knowledge of international business together.

Mahesh R. Shah has an experience in forging for 13 years in the name and style of Ajit Industrial Corporation in ambattur, Chennai and has long-term relations in the market, suppliers of raw-material, die manufacturers, etc, while Bakul has extensive experience at GE, Kentucky in handling large volumes of international business.

The operators in the company have 8+ years of experience in all the three shifts; they are highly experienced in the die casting industry for both production and inspection.
